Prior to raising money for fighting breast cancer I had run marathons in London (3 times), Snowdonia (3 times), Cross Michael by Castle Douglas, Paris (twice), and Amsterdam.
I raised £4,802 for Leukaemia Research and £1,000 for Dreams Come True, a charity assisting terminally ill children.
Since I started running for the fight against breast cancer I have run in Rotterdam (1999), Tromso, 270 miles inside the Arctic Circle in northern Norway (1999), Budapest (1999), Prague (2000), New York (2000) and Moscow (2003).
I climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2000 and Mt. Toubkal in the Atlas mountains of Morocco in 2002.
My last expedition was Mt Aconcagua in Argentina in January/February of 2005.
